She obtained her medical degree in 2010 from KU Leuven, a globally respected university known for its strong focus on research and innovation in medicine, with a history dating back to 1425. After completing her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and honing her skills in The Netherlands, she went on to deepen her experience in the UK. Over almost five years, she worked within leading centres—including University College London Hospital, the Royal Free Hospital, and the Royal Marsden Hospital—focusing on the care of women with complex pelvic conditions and implementing cutting edge technology. During this time, she developed particular expertise in supporting women with challenging gynaecological conditions, combining surgical skill with a thoughtful, patient-centred approach.
